DHST Prize Mention awarded to Maria Luísa Sousa

The International Union for the History and Philosophy of Science and Tecnology has distinguished CIUHCT's researcher Maria Luísa Sousa a Mention of DHST Prize (Division of History of Science and Technology).

The researcher was awarded for her PhD thesis entitled Automobility in Portugal. The construction of the sociotechnical system, 1920-1950 [A mobilidade automóvel em Portugal], already published last year by Chiado Editora (in Portuguese)

The DHST Prize is awarded by the IUHPST/DHST every four years to up to five young historians of science and technology for outstanding doctoral dissertations, completed within last four years.

CIUHCT wants to congratulate Maria Luísa Sousa for this honor and wishes the continuation of the success she has accomplished with her work.
