ROT@HCTM allows for the exploration of the history of the main Science, Technology, and Medicine (STM) institutions in the Portuguese urban tapestry. This collaborative project is inspired by the first science and technology itineraries published by CIUHCT researchers about the city of Lisbon.

Currently, this tool includes the cities of Lisbon and Porto.

Here you can find the history of each institution included, as well as the references used to contextualise their history, and a set of links directing you to official and/or supplementary information. You can also choose a thematic itinerary from each of the Science, Technology, and Medicine categories, or create your own itinerary, identifying the institutions and routes of your interest.
